Delete your MeasureMyMeal account and data
This page provides an external route for users who want to request deletion of their MeasureMyMeal account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app
Open MeasureMyMeal → Settings → Account & Data → Delete account and data.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@measuremymeal.ai from the email address associated with your MeasureMyMeal account. Use the subject MeasureMyMeal account deletion request.
What deletion is intended to cover
Where associated with your account and applicable to your use of the service, deletion may include Firebase Authentication account information, user-scoped Firestore records and local MeasureMyMeal data on the device when deletion is performed in-app. Encrypted Bring Your Own Key credentials should also be removed from the device by the in-app deletion process.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve security or fraud issues, or required for legitimate record-keeping. Google Play transaction records are controlled by Google and may remain in your Google account according to Google's policies.
